System Support
The system support can be said to be the most important one of various parts
in the construction of concrete structures as a temporary construction material
installed to support the fixed load, live load, etc. applied to a mold until
concrete has a certain strength.
The system support can withstand structurally much higher loads than an existing
general shore and can be installed in a wider variety of locations regardless
of floor height because it is used by assembling the individual members.
Due to its convenience and high safety, it is positioned as an essential
member not only in the existing civil engineering fields but also in the
diversified construction sites.
Vertical member
The most basic column member among all the members of system scaffolds
as a member that supports the vertical loads of concrete and molds
Horizontal member
A member that connects between the vertical members to prevent their buckling and overturning
*It can be used with either a system support or a system scaffold
Diagonal member(Bracing member)
A member installed to reinforce a bearing capacity against lateral loads
Head Jack
A length-adjustable support member that is installed on the top of the
vertical member for the yoke member installation
Jack base
A length-adjustable support member that is installed at the bottom
of the vertical member to support it on the floor
Socket
A member that is installed on the top of the vertical member for connecting it and the Head Jack
Yoke member
A member installed on the top of the Head Jack to support plywood and joist
Truss
A member used for efficient installation of beam-type structures
