System Scaffolding
System scaffolding is an essential part for a safe working environment in the construction field
as a temporary construction material installed for construction workers’ building works as well as
safe smooth access to workplaces in industrial sites.
System scaffolding is structurally much more secure than existing steel pipe scaffolds and has great
efficiency in installation and dismantlement through standardized members. In addition, special members,
such as stairs, brackets, etc., can be easily mounted, allowing it to be installed in any conditions of the field.
System scaffolding, suitable for all aspects, such as safety, convenience, etc., always will be an even
more essential factor in the construction site.
Vertical member
The most basic column member among all the members of system scaffolds
Horizontal member
A member that connects between the vertical members to prevent their buckling and overturning
*It can be used with either a system support or a system scaffold
Diagonal member(Bracing member)
A member installed to reinforce a bearing capacity against lateral loads
Scaffolding support
A member to reinforce stability by connecting a scaffold
with a wall to prevent the collapse of the scaffold that may occur due to external
forces such as wind loads, impacts, etc.
Base Jackey (Jack base)
A length-adjustable support member that is installed at the bottom
of the vertical member to support it on the floor
Truss
A member used to secure doorways for construction workers
and vehicles as well as work spaces
Bracket
A member used with the combination of vertical members in
case that the work space needs to be additionally installed due to the protrusion
of a structure, etc.
Sidewall bracket
A member used after being attached to a wall if the scaffold
is to be installed in places other than the ground due to poor ground conditions, etc.
Safety board
The flooring material of a passageway in a scaffolding structure
for securing work and moving spaces
Scaffolding stair
A member installed for construction workers’ smooth movement
between upper and lower floors
Vertical ladder
A member installed for construction workers’ smooth movement between
upper and lower floors at the time of using a hatch board
Hatch board
A member installed with a vertical ladder to move to upper floor
